Adding concentration of 2.5mg/L, water sample volume of 200ml, sodium hypochlorite content of 2.19ml, chlorine content of 0.7mg/L for 30 minutes of contact...... After repeated tests, Zhou Xiaoqing, a player from Lishui District Tap Water Co., Ltd. calculated that the chlorine requirement of 200ml water was 0.83mg/L. Start the analog adding devices successively for adding, inspecting, adjusting, and detecting...... Zhou Xiaoqing carefully recorded the residual chlorine value of effluent for 6 times. The whole process took exactly 150 minutes.
"This competition focuses on the evaluation of the theoretical knowledge and skill operation of drinking water treatment, covering the theoretical basis of the occupational skill standard of tap water production workers and the content of skill operation such as adding alum amount test, daily inspection of in-depth treatment, correct adding of disinfectant, etc. 25 players all need to carry out practical operation of 3 items, and the final ranking is determined by stacking the theoretical results." The process of coagulation, precipitation, filtration and disinfection from raw water to tap water has been automated, but the automated data needs to be monitored closely by human hands.
