In early July, Gaochun District started the Level I emergency response for the Shuiyangjiang regional flood control. A 'new prescription' for a woman with a skirt

In the middle of July, the sound of running water suddenly came out clearly from the culverts of the Jin Xiu Nunent. Team leader Wu Yongxin led Wang Jianlong, Shi Congcong and other expert members in the dark culvert with flashlight, cat waist, difficult wade forward. Walk into more than 40 meters, only to find the seepage point. The situation is still unfolding. The situation is critical! The expert group immediately took out two sets of emergency plans. Due to the limitations of the site conditions, the expert group came up with a new solution: to finalize the "yellow clay cover closed air" scheme. It was not until 6:30 the next morning that the rescue came to an end and the danger was eliminated.

The new scheme worked, but the panel did not relent. A few days later, Shi Congcong, a member of the expert group and deputy director of the Infrastructure Department of the Municipal Water Resources Bureau, together with members of the technical team, went to the Jingxiu Temple culen again for a careful review. Only after confirming that "the situation is stable and no problem", did he tick off the work record book and go to the next observation point.

Remote consultation to fill "sky hole"

The rapid development of modern science and information technology, cloud computing, big data and other advanced scientific and technological means in the flood fight, for the expert group to improve the accuracy of "consultation", quickly and effectively deal with all kinds of dangerous situations plug in the wings of flying.

He issued instructions in the form of pictures: deep holes should be sealed and the drainage trench should be backfilled with sand and gravel. At the same time, arrange someone to watch closely.

The flow of high-speed, quick and convenient information thus sets up a remote consultation bridge between expert groups.

The flood has not receded and the fight against the flood is continuing. This special group of experts is still fighting day and night in the front line of flood fighting against the wind and rain. They will write a new battle chapter on the new journey of Gaochun flood control with their rich experience and high sense of responsibility.
