Nanjing Water engineering quality and safety supervision station: take multiple measures to improve the quality supervision level of the project

In order to further strengthen and standardize the quality and safety work of the water environment improvement project under construction, from November 26 to 29 this year, Nanjing Water engineering quality and safety supervision station invited the Ministry of Water Resources, provincial water resources Department inspection experts and municipal engineering experts to form an inspection team, to Gulou District Henorthwest water environment improvement project, The water environment improvement project of Qixiang River, Sanhe River, Benmin River and Dadao River in Qixia District, the water environment improvement project of the southern section of Qinhuai River in Qinhuai District, and the water environment improvement project of Nanhudonghe, Nanhuhunanhe and Nanhunanhe in Jianye District will be conducted special inspection on the quality and safety of these four projects.

The inspection team carried out a special inspection of the quality and safety of the above projects by listening to the introduction of the quality and safety work of the construction, design, supervision, construction and other major participating units, on-site inspection of the project site, random inspection of physical quality, viewing of project archives, on-site questioning and other methods. After the on-site inspection, The inspection team exchanged views with the participating units on the special inspection of quality and safety.

It is understood that at the end of 2017, Nanjing issued the "water environment Improvement Action Plan (2018-2020)", clear the water control timing schedule and road map, municipal water engineering quality supervision station under the guidance of Nanjing Water Bureau, a number of measures at the same time to improve the quality supervision work level, to provide support for the city's water environment improvement and high-quality development.

Considering the water environment improvement project time is tight, the task is heavy, the construction unit personnel are not skilled in the reporting and supervision business, the municipal water engineering quality and safety supervision station takes the initiative to serve in the front, docking with the project construction unit in advance, carrying out door-to-door visiting service, and guiding the construction unit to do the project reporting and supervision work well. During the reporting and supervision process, the station constantly optimizes the handling process, shorting the handling period. The promised processing period is shortened from 7 working days to 3 working days, greatly improving the processing speed. In the actual work process, the station to overcome the difficulties such as fewer supervisors, daily inspection and flight inspection work both hand, effectively ensure the quality of the project. Since the beginning of this year, a total of more than 700 people have been inspected, and 66 times of flight inspection have been carried out. Through the inspection and flight inspection, as well as the inspection of project ledger data, a total of 26 rectification opinions have been issued, urging the construction unit to implement the rectification in place and effectively control the quality of the project.

In order to do a good job in the quality supervision of urban water engineering and improve the quality supervision level of the project, Nanjing Water engineering quality supervision station attaches great importance to the supervision personnel's own ability to improve the work, not only insist on a monthly centralized business learning, and often invite water related field experts to the station for special business training.
