On December 31, 2013, the Irrigation and Drainage Center of the Ministry of Water Resources held the 2013 annual work Summary meeting in Beijing Shunyi Water-saving Irrigation Demonstration Base of the Ministry of Water Resources. All the cadres of the irrigation and Drainage Center and the heads of affiliated enterprises and public institutions attended the meeting. Company Song Chengfa general manager attended the meeting.
