In the morning of September 14, 2017, SINOSO Science and Technology Co., Ltd. organized an expert meeting on information technology, intelligent irrigation and science popularization education of modern water Conservancy Demonstration zone (Deqing Luoshe). The meeting invited 8 experts from Hydraulic Research Institute, Hohai University, Yangzhou University, Jiangsu Hydrology Bureau, Nanjing Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, Ministry of Agriculture and other units to jointly study the informatization planning scheme of modern water conservancy Demonstration zone (Deqing Luoshe). The meeting discussed and set up an expert group, and carried out a detailed division of labor on the planning and design, and determined the planning and design cycle.

The experts at the meeting put forward valuable suggestions on the design of intelligent irrigation system, flood control and drainage system, soil and water conservation system, water area protection system, standardized management system, river chief system management system, demonstration zone display system and management center.
