Nanjing Qinhuai River management Office: to find poor, river management more fine

Secondly, combined with the characteristics of Qinhuai River management, we should develop the river inspection and maintenance supervision information system to meet the actual management needs, and reconstruct the work supervision and assessment mode and mechanism based on this system. Vigorously promote the implementation of the Qinhuai River River supervision pilot application project of the second phase of the Intelligent Nanjing City Comprehensive Sensing Platform. Through large-scale deployment of water quality iot sensing equipment along the river, combined with the monitoring equipment deployed on the river embankment and the spectral video imager deployed at key locations, the Qinhuai River will become a demonstration of the Internet of Things monitoring application in the river. To realize intelligent work in river violation control, 12345 processing, inspection and maintenance supervision, law enforcement evidence solidification and so on.

Third, it is clear that the work of production safety is led by special personnel and managed by all staff. In accordance with the requirements of "Jiangsu Province Water Conservancy Safety Production Standardization Construction Management Measures" (trial), comprehensively investigate and sort out the safety risks within the scope of the work; Establish risk source identification and control files; Carry out regular production safety inspection, keep a close eye on the hidden dangers of rectification; Regular organization of safety production education and training; Strengthen work safety culture construction; Improve the work safety management ledger.

Up to now, the city Qin management Department has formulated the "Qinhuai River Management standardized Operation manual", and synchronously developed the "Qinhuai River inspection, maintenance, supervision and assessment APP system". The manual covers 10 aspects, including conservation plan preparation, bidding agency entrustment, procurement document verification and confirmation, bid opening review and supervision, maintenance project management, maintenance assessment and fund payment, and runs through the whole river conservation management work. The synchronous development of the inspection and maintenance APP, after the revision and upgrade, the function is increasingly perfect, the operation is more convenient, the Qinhuai River maintenance work is all included, the maintenance unit through the APP daily staff to punch in the clock, real-time upload the maintenance work dynamic, daily report the maintenance daily, the problems found in the inspection report in time, timely handle. The Municipal Qin Administration Department implemented dynamic supervision on the maintenance work, designated relevant personnel to deal with the problems found, and directly linked with the monthly assessment, which greatly improved the work efficiency and effectiveness. At present, the patrol maintenance APP has carried out pilot operation, running in good condition, and will be fully promoted in the next stage. The popularization and use of APP has played a good role in promoting the standardization, informatization and modernization level of Qinhuai River river management, and laid a solid foundation for the refinement of river management.
