"Milk River" became clear water river

Qingjiang River starts from Xinhe Village in the south to Qingjiangqiao Pumping Station in the north, with a total length of 275 meters. Zhongbao River connects Liwei River in the east and Yangzijiang Avenue in the west, with a total length of 750 meters. A total of 12,600 cubic meters of silt have been removed from the two rivers, 91 hectares of source control and sewage interception works have been completed within the basin, three sewage outfall interceptions have been completed along the river, 3,000 square meters of landscape greening has been completed along the riverbank, and water diversion and replenishment projects have been completed. After comprehensive regulation, the water quality of the two rivers has been greatly improved.

"At the end of last year, Gulou District completed the renovation of 13 black and smelly rivers, including Damiaogou, Neijinchuan River mainstream and Qingjiang River." At the deployment conference of urban construction and management work in Gulou District held yesterday, Chen Ping, deputy governor of Gulou District, introduced that in 2016, Gulou District cleared 110,000 cubic meters of silt, dismantled 147 illegal constructions of 7,200 square meters, renovated 111 sewage outlets, 385 drainage households, and laid 2,260 meters of diversion pipes. After regulation, the bank slope environment, water diversion and water quality of 13 regulated river channels have been significantly improved.

In addition, 307 incremental areas within the jurisdiction are cooperated with the creation of drainage standard areas and 440 stock areas are improved, handed over for management and maintenance, and strive to basically complete various engineering tasks before the end of October 2017, comprehensively eliminate the black odor of the river, and improve the water environment of the whole region.

"Water quality index, sensory index" -- Chen Ping, deputy governor of Gulou District, put forward the goal of the work, to meet these two indicators, fully eliminate black odor, achieve clean river, clear water, beautiful river banks, create clear water bank green, beautiful river, flowing river. He said that the Gulou should take such measures as source control and pollution interception, river dredging, drainage and water replenishment, ecological restoration, long-term management and protection, starting from the seven links of "demolition, interception, cleaning, repair, diversion, measurement and management", and fully implement the measures to control the black and smelly river.

Chen Ping also put out the time node in the conference. Before the end of March, all the river renovation projects should be started, the construction of the incremental drainage areas up to the standard has been completed, and the progress of rectification and acceptance of the drainage areas up to the standard in the stock areas should reach 10 %; By the end of June, the progress of special remediation, such as source control and pollution intercation, drainage and water replenishment, and the establishment of standard drainage areas reached 50 %; By the end of September, the onshore renovation projects such as intercepting facilities and diversion facilities will be completed, and the progress of the construction of drainage conforming areas will reach 80 %; All projects will be completed by the end of October; In December, comprehensive rectification and improvement, to meet the examination and acceptance at all levels.

"Many of our rivers are dark, and we don't know where the spouts are. Either we dig up the road, or we use robots to explore it, but what if we find the spout? Many sewage pipes in our district are not drained. If they are blocked, how will the community drain water?" Zhang Yixin said at the meeting, do not do superficial, do not simply use water to fool people, our task is very heavy, black and smelly river regulation, there is no way out. "A complete implementation plan should be drawn for the renovation of each river. Operations should be clearly drawn, and it should be clear how many dirty water outlets a river has."

Binjiang, Tiebei two areas will have a big change

Arrangements were made for the construction of Binjiang and Tiebei, two key areas in Gulou District.
