7 river channels in Jianye have been evaluated

Seven river courses in Jianye District from 2016 to 2017 in the state, province and city have recently passed the assessment by the municipal Water Conservancy Office and relevant experts, and have reached the goal of "long system and long clear".

Strictly implement the responsibility system of river and lake chiefs to ensure full coverage of the responsibility system; River surface, bank slope and other management and protection units to increase inspection and cleaning efforts, constantly implement grid inspection, the implementation of normal law enforcement supervision, point, line and surface water law enforcement supervision work, regular publicity of river water quality and other governance results.

"Work, we focus on 'clear, cut, repair, test' these five words." The people in charge of Jianye District Water Authority said. Clear, that is, find out the river siltation situation, analyze the internal pollution, dredging. Cut, that is, focus on the completion of 98 drainage and 80 sewage control work; At the same time, according to the survey results of underground pipe network of Surveying and Mapping Institute, focus on the completion of 102 drainage units within the catchment area of the river misconnection and mixed rectification.

Replenishment refers to the replenishment of live water in the river regularly, and the Luotang and Xinmian pumping stations divert the new river from Qinhuai river to the middle and southern section of the river; From the titanium dioxide water plant to implement ecological water replenishment, and finally from the municipal machinery, Yang pump station water, so that the river circulation flow, improve the self-purification capacity of water. In order to improve the water ecosystem, it is necessary to set up water ecological cycle treatment equipment, SMI integrated purification equipment, aeration purification device and ecological floating island based on the actual conditions of Shazhou Xihe River, Shazhou Donghe River, Aotibei River, Zhuerhe River and Yikang River. Aquatic plants are planted and algae eating insects and fish are put in.

According to the requirements of public comment, the water authority in Jianye District commissioned a third party qualified to carry out a survey on the public satisfaction with the performance of the black and smelly river improvement. The satisfaction has exceeded 90\% for five consecutive quarters since the fourth quarter of 2017, and the average monthly water quality in the river has reached the standard steadily.

Recently, Jianye District Shuisheng Office invited Municipal Shuisheng Office and relevant experts to evaluate whether the river improvement effects in seven countries, provinces and municipalities, including Shazhou East River, Shazhou West River, Aotibei River, Yikang River, Hujiaza River, Zhuerhe River and Mozhou Pumping Station intakes in Jianye District from 2016 to 2017 can be "long and clear". The evaluation and inspection team inspected the governance results of seven river channels on site and unanimously affirmed the water quality and governance results in Jianye District, and the seven river channels successfully passed the evaluation, achieving the goal of "long system and long clear".

It is reported that this year, Jianye will also integrate the river and lake chief APP, water quality online monitoring, river outlet system, etc., to form an intelligent river and lake management system for the whole region, which can grasp the water environment situation of the whole region in real time, and scientifically and effectively improve the water protection ability of the whole region.
