As a provincial water pipe unit directly under the Municipal Water Resources Bureau, Macha River, with a total length of 13.6 kilometers, is an important flood diversion channel in the middle and lower reaches of Chuhe River, which ensures the safety of people's lives and property around. As Ma Chai River has been listed as the new urban green corridor planned and constructed in Jiangbei New District, the Chuzhou Management Department has integrated the refined and digital concept into the daily river management and maintenance work, and made every effort to create an urban demonstration ecological river with "smooth river, clear water, green bank and beautiful scenery".

In order to innovate the application of the results of the demarcation work of Malcha River, the Chuzhou Management Department has established cooperation with related units to build the data management module of multiple river channels based on GIS, database and network technology, so as to realize the integration and efficient utilization of information resources and provide scientific basis for the fine management and decision-making. Through the construction of "the comprehensive Management information platform for Demarcation Confirmation of the rights of Mabai River Water Conservancy Project", the river signs, signs, boundary tablets, boundary piles and cross-river buildings are systematically mapped, registered, numbering and set up two-dimensional code signs, which clarify the basic information and establish the database of the achievements of demarcation confirmation of rights and river parts. On the basis of basic database construction, combined with mobile terminals, the river inspection system has been expanded and developed, greatly improving the energy efficiency of comprehensive river management. Combined with the flood control work, we should strengthen the investigation and discharge of the safety bottom of river embankments, and carry out the hidden danger detection and safety appraisal of embankments. Geological radar detection system is used to carry out "film physical examination" on key sections of the river to check whether there are any abnormal conditions such as cavities and cracks. According to the "physical examination" results, "appropriate" treatment is carried out according to the "physical examination" results, so as to timely eliminate potential safety hazards of the embankments.

Combining with the characteristics of its own management work, the Chuzhou Control Department has compiled the Guidance Manual of River Fine Management Operation, which mainly involves river inspection, engineering observation, engineering maintenance (risk elimination), river maintenance, flood and drought prevention, water administration and water resources management, river-related engineering management, safety management, technical file management and so on, so as to better standardize the fine management work and carry out effectively. In recent years, the Chuzhou Plumbing Department has revised and improved the annual maintenance plan and implementation plan according to the actual running condition of the river engineering after the implementation of the expansion project of Macha River. At the same time, according to the requirements of fine management, further detailed the Implementation Rules of Mabai River Dike Maintenance Management Assessment, took the monthly assessment and rectification situation as an important content into the next round of evaluation, and strengthened the assessment and scoring of maintenance units at the beginning of each month and the end of each year to improve the quality and efficiency of assessment.

In combination with the urban green corridor planning of Jiangbei New District, the Chuzhou Management Department also does the social service function of the fine river, upgrades the dikes and roads and greening maintenance level of the upstream section, and creates a green waterfront space that is "close to water and convenient for people". With the concept of "excellence" and the spirit of "meticulous craftsmanship", the operation process is standardized.
