Jianye River outlet management information system

Recently, the river Outlet Management Information System (Phase I) was launched in Jianye District, adding a new "star" for consolidating and improving the water environment in Jianye District.

"In the process of water environment governance, drainage regulation is the source of water pollution control, the basic project, is an important guarantee to achieve the improvement of water environment quality. Since this year, in order to improve river water quality, Jianye District has taken river outlet as a starting point, investigated and integrated the outlet information along the river, and built this water outlet management information system based on the existing drainage network geographic information system." Compared with the geographic information system of drainage pipe network, the river outlet management information system enrichs the existing outlet information and adds a outlet analysis module, so that it can control the key links of river management in a more scientific, accurate and systematic way, according to an official from Jianye District Urban Management Water Bureau.

It is understood that the system can not only realize the query and positioning of the river and the outlet, provide the coordinate information of the outlet, pipe diameter, elevation, material, site photos and other basic information, and the management attributes of the outlet at a glance, such as the left and right banks, upstream drainage types, whether there are upstream intercepting facilities and set the outlet responsible person, daily maintenance, etc. In addition, the system can also scientifically analyze the association of drains. Through the drain tracing analysis project provided by the system, it can realize the division of river catchment area unit based on drains, understand the association relationship between drains and onshore pipelines, and automatically calculate the catchment area of drains and rivers. At the same time, the system can also provide a variety of statistical modes of outlet, effectively improve the management efficiency.

In order to facilitate the daily maintenance of the outlet, the drainage inspection mechanism has been established in Jianye District, and the drainage inspection system based on the hand end has been developed, thus forming a preliminary management responsibility system for the outlet.

At present, the construction of outlet management information system in the middle part of Hexi has basically been completed in Jianye District, and it will continue to integrate river outlet information in the northwest and southern parts of the river, and improve the content of "One map" of water assets in Jianye District.
